حرب المئة عام على فلسطين: The Hundred Years' War on Palestine by Rashid Khalidi (Arabic Edition)

This is the Arabic edition of The Hundred Years' War on Palestine by Rashid Khalidi, the Palestinian American historian who held the Edward Said chair in Modern Arab Studies at Columbia University. Subtitled in Arabic as the story of settler colonialism and resistance, it covers the century from the Balfour Declaration in 1917 to 2017.

Khalidi frames that century as a series of declarations of war on the Palestinian people, backed first by Britain and later by the United States. He combines archive research with the papers and memories of his own family, which includes mayors, judges and scholars, to give the history a personal voice.

• A century of Palestinian history, 1917 to 2017
• Structured around six turning points
• Draws on family papers and first-hand accounts
• For readers seeking an informed account of the question of Palestine
