Where we deliver
DNA Express delivers to every governorate in Jordan. Set your delivery location from the top of any page and product pages will show an estimated delivery time for that area.
Delivery times
Typical times once your order is on its way:
- Amman — same-day or next-day delivery.
- Other governorates — 1 to 3 business days.
These are estimates. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, for remote areas, or where a product needs to be brought in from another location.
Delivery charges
Delivery is calculated at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises at the door.
- Orders over 20 JOD are delivered free with DNA Express.
- Cash on delivery is available nationwide.
- Any charge for smaller orders is shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation with a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also sign in and open Orders at any time. Ordered as a guest? Use the link in your confirmation message.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you expected, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out. Exchanges and refunds are covered by a separate policy.
