About this product

The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom is a short, insightful book by don Miguel Ruiz. Drawing on ancient Toltec wisdom, Ruiz explains where self-limiting beliefs come from and how they drain our happiness and cause unnecessary pain.

At the heart of the book are four simple agreements to live by: be impeccable with your word, don't take anything personally, don't make assumptions and always do your best. Clear and easy to return to, it suits anyone looking for a grounded approach to happiness, relationships and inner freedom.
