Why Does Everybody Hate Me?: Living and Loving with RSD by Alex Partridge (Paperback)

Why Does Everybody Hate Me? is Alex Partridge's book about rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD), the intense emotional reaction to criticism and rejection that many people with ADHD know well. Partridge, founder of UNILAD and LADbible and host of the ADHD Chatter podcast, writes from his own experience.

He shows how RSD has affected his career, relationships, mental health and sense of being an impostor, then turns to insights from ADHD experts. The message is clear: people with RSD are not broken and not simply too sensitive.

• Personal story: Partridge's own life with RSD and ADHD
• Expert input: ideas drawn from ADHD specialists
• Practical steps: setting boundaries, rebuilding confidence and strengthening self-belief
• Who it helps: adults with ADHD and the people close to them
