Next Move Games Azul Board Game, Tile Drafting Strategy for 2 to 4 Players, Ages 8+

Azul puts players in the role of artisans tiling the walls of a royal palace. Designed by Michael Kiesling, published by Next Move Games and winner of the 2018 Spiel des Jahres, it is a drafting game that is quick to teach and suits families and regular gamers alike, with chunky resin tiles that feel great in the hand.

• Factory drafting: take every tile of one colour from a factory display and push the rest into the centre for others.
• Pattern lines and wall: complete rows on your player board to move tiles onto your wall, scoring for each neighbouring tile.
• Waste costs points: tiles you cannot use drop to the floor line as penalties.
• Easy to learn: the rules fit in a few minutes, while the choices keep experienced players thinking.
• Short games: around 45 minutes for 2 to 4 players.
