What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order status is "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", we will not be able to accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery, Arabi MobiCash App, & Online Card Payments.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the Jordanian Dinar for charging our customers.
3. Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship inside Amman only.
How long does it take to ship my order?
If you have placed your order before 4pm, you will enjoy same day delivery, if you have placed an order after 4pm, your order will be delivered the next day.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery slot will be arranged the next day or the delivery team will reach out to schedule a new delivery date and time that suits you.
How much is the delivery fees?
- FREE Delivery applies for all orders above JD 25.
- Orders less than JD 25 will be applicable for JD 2 delivery charges.
4. Returns
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns on exchange basis only, no refunds allowed, except if the product is defected and returned within 7 days of purchase, sealed and in compliance with our sales policies.

Yes, our physical store is located at Abdali Mall, Amman. 2nd floor.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we do. We offer DNA “Dream Gift Card” which you can redeem for any product from our collection.
